Add your own image to the front cover, back cover, or both to create a journal that's personal to you. Use a favorite photo of your dog, your child, a meaningful place, a special memory, or another image you want to make part of your journal.

The Circle & Triangle and your personalized sobriety date remain part of the recovery design, while the images you choose let you create a background that's uniquely yours.

How to Add Your Own Background

• Upload images in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.
• Images should already be sized to 2050 × 2900 pixels.
• Your image will automatically center, but it will not resize to fit the cover, so proper image sizing is important.
• You can add a different image to the front cover and back cover.
• If you want the same image on both covers, add the image separately to the front and back.
• The default background is light gray and cannot be changed.
• If you want the light gray background on the back cover instead of an image, remove the Default Image during customization.
