We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we have a 30 Day 100% Satisfaction Policy.
In the first 30 days you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at customerservice@halersmith.com. We will find out what the issue is, and we will come to solution together that best fits your needs.
If the decision involves you not returning the item, and you cannot use the item, and it’s a clothing item or blanket, we will ask you to donate it to your local recovery homeless shelter first. If you don’t have one quite like that, then donating it to any local shelter will be our ask. If you can’t use the item, we want someone else in your area to be able to use it.
