Change Your Truth, Change Your LIfe was born out of reflection of many years using the tools I've learned in sobriety. I write about sober topics that have come out of recovery meetings, topics I've worked through with Sponsees, and things my Sponsor has worked on with me.
Sobriety isn’t just about abstaining — it’s about awareness. It’s about noticing old patterns and choosing new responses. Through these posts, I try to instill a recovery mindset, sober habits that are created through daily practices that help me stay grounded and connected to my Higher Power and the new sober community I've have connected with.
Sobriety is about discovering the truth about why we drank, and the truth about what it takes to stay sober One Day At A Time.
