Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from www.halersmith.com. If you need to return your order item(s), please review the following return policy carefully.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 Days of delivery for a refund, minus a $9.99 return shipping fee. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition, with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

 

2. Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These items will be clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page and/or at checkout.

 

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Login to your Account and find your order. 
  2. Request a Return. 
  3. You’ll receive a Return Confirmation with Further Instructions. 
  4. Prepare the return package.
  5. Drop the package off at the carrier listed.

A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customerservice@halersmith.com.  We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
