Change Your Truth, Change Your LIfe is a space for reflection, honesty, and connection — a place to explore what it really means to live a sober life in today’s world. Here, we write about the inner work of recovery: how we see ourselves, how we interpret our experiences, and how small shifts in perspective can lead to lasting change.
Sobriety isn’t just about abstaining — it’s about awareness. It’s about noticing old patterns, questioning familiar narratives, and choosing new responses rooted in clarity and intention. Through these posts, we explore recovery mindset, sober habits, and the daily practices that help us stay grounded and connected.
These writings are meant to be read slowly. Revisited often. Used as daily reminders, journaling prompts, or quiet encouragement on days when staying sober feels heavy — and on days when it feels freeing.
You’re not here to be fixed. You’re here to stay connected, curious, and honest — one sober day at a time.
No matter where you are in your sober journey, I hope some of this resonates. It doesn't really matter if you stay sober through a particular program or not, finding your truth is the most important part of getting and staying sober. I found mine through a 12 step program, but it's not the only way.
